Lily was a little worried, but Hope winked at her, signaling that she could handle it. Lily had no choice but to take her cameraman and leave.

“Teach me, dear. My son and daughter–in–law are both working out of town, and I only have a granddaughter in high school. She’s on summer vacation now and is at home doing her summer homework.”
When the old lady spoke about her family, she looked at Hope with great affection and pulled her closer.

Hope let herself be pulled along and

Before Hope could respond, a fifteen- or sixteen–year–old girl suddenly rushed out of a small room and pushed Hope aside.
“Hope, you’re a star. How could you deceive an old lady like this?”
“Are you not ashamed?”
The girl glared at Hope. Her name was Scarlett, a die–hard fan of Noah, who had liked him since Noah’s first film.
She was in the second year of high school and hadn’t been able to watch the livestreams last week due to exams.
