Jack started spending money on Emma.
Emma enjoyed this feeling. She privately messaged me, telling me how good Jack was.
She asked me why I didn’t cherish him.
“If you hadn’t torn through that paper window, I might have gotten bored and returned him to you. You probably won’t find another partner with such good conditions, right?”
I replied, “He’s all yours. I didn’t like him that much anyway.”
“After stealing so many boyfriends from you, this is the first time I’ve found you so stubborn.”
“Between the two of us, who’s really the stubborn one? Don’t you know?”
