Honestly, I was dying to know–what exactly were Logan’s methods?%
I’m at school, surrounded by 24–hour security and surveillance.%
Could he seriously just stroll onto campus and kidnap me?%
I thought I had him all figured out, but I underestimated Logan again. This guy was like a devil in disguise. One day, right after class, I was heading back to my dorm when, to my surprise, Logan was already waiting for me downstairs.%
Not far behind him, I could see Scott and the little pig in his car, looking impatient, like they were on a mission. When Logan spotted me, his face lit up like Christmas morning.%
“Alexa! Finally, you’re here! I’ve been waiting for you for hours! You know, you shouldn’t have moved out like that. If Mom and Dad knew, they’d blame me for not looking out for you properly. Anyway, it’s getting chilly, so I brought you a scarf. Don’t want you catching a cold.”
Before I could even process what was happening, Logan wrapped the scarf around my neck.%
It took me a second to realize what he was doing, and by the time I did, it was too late. Hidden in the scarf was a necklace,”
As soon as I felt a weird dizziness hit me, Logan’s eyes practically glowed with excitement, and he pulled me into a tight, almost possessive hug.
“Sis, have you finally come back? I’ve missed you so much!”
I shoved him away in disgust, yanking the scarf off and throwing it at him. “Logan, what the hell? It’s mid–summer, and you’re bringing me a scarf? And all this ‘coming back‘ nonsense? I’ve been here the whole time! I’m studying for my Level 6 exam so I won’t be home for a while. Don’t bother me. You’re distracting me from my studying!“Z
With that, I turned and walked into the dorm building, leaving him looking completely thrown off.
Logan snapped out of it and tried to chase after me, but the dormitory manager stepped in and blocked him./
Once I was upstairs, I ducked into a corner on the balcony, watching Logan from a safe distance.%
When Logan saw that the life swap had failed again, Scott’s panic was apparent./
He stormed over to Logan, looking furious. “Logan, what the hell is going on? Didn’t you say you had a million ways to deal with Alexa? Why hasn’t the swap worked? If you keep dragging this out, Jessica’s gonna end up with piglets!“Z
Logan looked just as confused as before. “Wait a minute, I put the necklace in the scarf. I had her wear it. Why isn’t it working? Looks like this method’s a bust. We’ll need to figure out something else.“%

I could barely stop laughing as I watched them angrily storm off in the car./
I knew exactly why it hadn’t worked.”
Thanks to my memories from the past, I knew something was wrong with the gemstone in the necklace Scott had given
So, I’d already found a talented jeweler to make me a stone that looked identical to the original.%
I’d just been waiting for Scott to hand me the necklace so that I could swap the stones.
While they were busy at the breeding farm, I made my move. I switched out the gemstones and returned the necklace to the vanity like nothing had happened.”
It was clear that that necklace was the key to the life swap. If something were wrong with it, the swap wouldn’t work.
I really was one step ahead.%
From what I saw earlier, the little pig was getting fat, her belly growing bigger by the day, probably carrying at least ten piglets %
This time, she would feel what it was like to be caught up in someone else’s scheme.”
But, knowing Logan and Scott, I wasn’t naive enough to think they’d give up. They’d come up with something else to

That night, during my evening study session, I got a call from an unknown number.
Suspicious, I answered it, only to be greeted by Scott’s furious shouting on the other end.
“Where the hell is she?!” he yelled.
