Phoebe frowned and suddenly burst into laughter with a thought crossing her mind..
“Mr. Richardson, this is Mason’s villa. Won’t you feel out of place staying here?” she asked.

Declan’s eyes chilled slightly. Just as Phoebe thought he might leave in a huff, he spoke up unexpectedly. “Since he’s willing to lend you the villa and knows we’re married, he probably won’t mind if there’s one more person staying here.”
Phoebe felt speechless.
She gritted her teeth and said coldly, “But I don’t want to live with you.”
“I’m not leaving. Either arrange a room for me here or come back with me. Remember, you should be responsible for making me half paralyzed,” Declan stated.
After remaining silent for a long time, Phoebe finally gave in.
“Fine. I’ll go back with you,” she said.
She didn’t want Declan to stay there, fearing that they might get entangled again once he discovered the truth later on.
This restless night filled with trouble made Phoebe go straight to sleep in the guest bedroom upon returning to Grandview Villa after taking a shower.
This time, Declan didn’t insist on sharing a room with her. Now that she was back with him, he was patient enough to wait for her to fall in love with him again.
Early the
morning, as soon as Phoebe arrived at the entrance of Miracle Youth, she spotted Olivia and Jennifer.
After seeing her, Olivia’s anger seemed to have found an outlet. She quickly walked towards Phoebe and raised her hand to strike her.
“Phoebe, withdraw the lawsuit immediately! You’ve completely tarnished the Greene family’s reputation!” Olivia screamed.
stepped back to dodge her slap, which only made Olivia even more furious.

“How dare you dodge?” Olivia shouted in anger.
Phoebe replied with a calm demeanor, “Why shouldn’t I?”
“I’m your mother! Of course, I can discipline you!” Olivia declared.
Beside her, Jennifer added, “Phoebe, last night Mom stayed up all night worrying about you and cried several times. You shouldn’t argue with Mom. Just withdraw your lawsuit. Do you really want Mom to lose her dignity and apologize to the Jennings family in front of everyone?”
Phoebe responded with a cold laugh, “Bianca slandered me online. Instead of going after the real culprit who committed the offense, you come to me, the victim, asking me to withdraw the lawsuit. Don’t you think that’s absurd?”
As soon as Phoebe finished speaking, Olivia’s shrill voice echoed out.
“If you were flawless, could Ms. Jennings have posted those things online? I’m telling you, if you don’t withdraw the lawsuit, I’ll never acknowledge you as my daughter again!” Olivia declared.
Phoebe nodded her head and stated firmly, “I was so wrong!”
A flash of surprise appeared in Olivia’s eyes. She hadn’t expected Phoebe’s attitude to shift so swiftly. But she quickly glared

and snorted, saying, “Well, that’s good! As long as you’re willing to apologize, I won’t pursue this matter any further.”
Phoebe said, “Mrs. Greene, let me finish. The mistake I made was returning to the Greene family at the age of sixteen. I thought you had come to me for compensation, but it turned out you were there to ask me to donate bone marrow to Jennifer.”
Olivia and Jennifer blushed. Olivia ground her teeth and said, “You’re Jennie’s big sister. It’s y simple!”
Phoebe said, “Hold your horses before I finish speaking. You don’t need to jump the gun.”

Olivia gave her a cold stare and wanted to see what kind of crazy talk Phoebe would come out with next.
“I was wrong for not seeing through you, Liam, and the Greene family. I tried to keep the peace, but it looks like that’s off the table now,” said Phoebe.
During Jennifer’s three years abroad, whenever Olivia wasn’t feeling well, Phoebe was the one who stepped up to take her to the doctor.
Phoebe thought Olivia would eventually accept her. But now she realized that even after three more years of hard work, she couldn’t compete with Jennifer’s sweet talk.
Noticing the strange tone in Phoebe’s voice, Olivia shouted, “You’re really set on not apologizing, huh?”
