I stare at him and any heart beats like it’ll jump out of my chest from the words that leave his mouth.
Armor nuns through my voice. “W—what?”

I grip onto the sides of the sink to hold back from jumping down and it isn’t until 1 hear Will’s voice I finally look away from the girl.

My heart skips a beat, and I open my mouth. “Are you you’ll take me?” I lift a brow and the corner of his mouth turns so slightly. It’s not a smile, but it melta my heart and dissolves my annoyance.

He rises from his seat and sighs as he steps in front of me. “A knight you aren’t taking home. My lips part at his words, but before I can dwell further on them, Elijah laughs. “Just pulling your leg, sweetheart. I’ll see you tomorrow,”
“Jerk.” 1 hit his arm lightly, and he winks. “Only with you” I shake my head and fall into his arms when he spreads them. His hand slides down my back and I feel his breath on my neck when he shifts his face, “Im sad to see you go, but I have to endure this, right?”
I furrow my brows at his mumbles and tug him back. He’s smiling when I look at him and I cock my head as I scan his face. Treat that tonight.” I up my chin, referring to the cuts on his face.

I push through the bodies and blow a breath as I get closer to the exit. The wind slaps agairisa my face when I step out and I look around for him. My heart stutters when I see him inside his car with his windows rolled down and his fingers drumming against the wheel.
I press my hand to my chest before moving, Will’s head snaps to the side and his eyes meet mine when I’m halfway through. I almost trip over my feet from the eye contact but manage to make it through. There’s a taut silence in the small space of the car when I climb in and I push my hands on my laps. “We can leave.”
“We can” I hear him say, the sound of his voice muking my heart race.

Will burns on the music as he starts the car and I hold n
my breath, forcing my gaze to remain ahead as he drives out.
“I didn’t think you’re the type to come to a club,” I start a conversation when it doesn’t seem like he’d speak and the sound of his chuckle shifts my gaze to him. He’s already staring at me and goddess, does he take my breath away. I’m easily tumbling into that hole again because the sight of his softened features, being in the car with him and super conscious of him only a stretch of a hand away makes all my senses alert.
I compress my hands into my thighs as I remove my gaze and several heartbeats pass before Will says, “Only once in a while.”
I nod, not knowing what else to say, and the rest of the ride is quiet.
My chest falls as Will drives into the pack house and I remove my seatbelt when he kills the engine. I’m tense in my seat because I want nothing other than to jump into his lap and continue what he began in that restroom. But I don’t because the air between us has shifted and Will isn’t making a move.

The remainder of my lingering thoughts are swallowed in a breath when my face is pulled and lips press to mine. I turn swiftly in my seat, making it easier for him to drag me out of it and though I didn’t see anyone when we drove in–Tm still shocked by the kiss as Will drops me on his lap

I moan into the kiss and hold his shoulders as electric shocks run through me and I gasp when I unintentionally rock against his thigh. “Him” He comes forward and brushes his lips against mine before he falls back again. My stomach twists and I can’t stop myself from beaming, my heart doing somersaults in my chest as excitement overwhelms me. “Okay, I’ll be waiting”
Will’s hands slip to my waist, and he lifts me out of his lap. I take another peek at him, my mouth spreading before I climb out of the car. With each step I take closer to the pack house, my thrill grows and so does my nervousness.
He’ll come to my room. That meant something, right? Goddess, will we will he.. what will he do to me!
