The next day, I got up from his abs.
Lucas‘ body was pressed red by me.
He slept soundly and barely moved all night.
When I was a soul, I shared a bed with Lucas.
for three whole years.
But as a human, this was my first time lying in
bed with him.
The initial excitement faded, replaced by
shyness.
I blushed and tried to escape, but he caught
my ankle and pulled me back.
His thin lips touched mine, playfully grinding.
“Shy? You weren’t like this when you asked
me to call you master last night.”
I trembled and pushed him away.
“I’m hungry.”
Lucas narrowed his eyes, but his hands didn’t

I quickly explained.
“My stomach is hungry.”
My stomach gurgled in time.
Lucas looked at me with a hint of
disappointment.
“But this also says it’s hungry.”
When we got ready and came out of the
room.
The housekeeper had made lunch and left.
A full table of my favorite dishes.
After dinner, Lucas asked,
“Do you have any plans today?”
“I have amnesia; I can’t remember anything.”
I teased him deliberately.
“Tell me, how did we fall in love before?” Lucas blushed, shaking his head triumphantly.
“You just like being with me, forever and

“Then where do we usually go to play?”
I don’t know if it was my imagination, but
Lucas‘ face darkened, a flash of sadness
passing by.
“We…”
He fell into thought, as if recalling something
far away.
“We like staying home.”
Staying home?
My waist was still sore from this morning.
I absolutely couldn’t stay home today.
“Lucas, let’s go to the furniture store.”
“Uh?”
“The house is cold and empty; I don’t like it.”
Lucas disliked crowds.
The house had few items, all cold–toned
decorations, lacking warmth.
I wanted to fill this house with my color.
Not just the few clothes in the closet.

Because Lucas was always anxious; if I
disappeared for a few seconds, he would rush
over to check on me.
Only when he saw I was fine, would he feel
relieved, hugging me tightly.
“Jess, I thought I’d never find you again.”
His eyes were filled with tears, breathing
heavily.
“Without you, I feel like something’s missing.”
So, I wanted to fill this emptiness by claiming
my territory.
