Benjamin quickly strode out and stood at the cave entrance, looking out. By then, Caleb and Ryan had al awake and swiftly followed behind him.

“What do we do? The wind’s picking up. Do you think the seawater might flood in?” Caleb was calmer, asking softly.
Ryan’s expression turned solemn. Turning to look at Chloe, he asked. ‘Did Mr. Nicolson just call us to move over to Team B?” However, Chloe replied with slight disdain. “Yes, but aren’t we all hiding in caves? If hers is safe, why wouldn’t ours be?”
Her words left everyone in silence.
The next moment, a vast expanse of white appeared before them, as if something was surging in.
“What’s that? The seawater is flooding in!” Ryan exclaimed, staggering back. He bumped into Chloe, causing her to stumble back a few steps. Fear filled his eyes.
Caleb and Benjamin quickly retreated into the cave. They saw snakes and rats scattering in all directions in chaos, with several snakes slithering toward the cave.
“Snakes! There are snakes!” Chloe stared at a snake slithering not too far away from her.
She retreated in fear, shining her flashlight over. Upon seeing the light, the snake shot toward her, Terrified, Chloe ran deeper into the cave,
“Why are there so many snakes and rats?” Benjamin was horrified
Without hesitation, he quickly grabbed the iron shovel provided by the production crew and swung it at the snake. With a single strike, he managed to kill the snake.
However, the rats trailing behind rushed in swiftly, a few darting straight into their tent. Chloe fell to the ground in fright, her
skirt askew.
A black rat darted beneath her skirt, causing Chloe to shriek in terror, “A rat! Ahh! A rat! Go away, go away!”
She flailed in panic, trying to swat the rat away. Seeing this, Ryan reached toward the hem of her skirt.
He swifily caught the rat, gripping it tightly. His fingertips brushed against Chloe’s thigh, sending a tingling sensation coursing through her. She was just about to lose her temper when she saw Ryan yanking a rat out from beneath her skirt and forcefully stomping on it.
Benjamin hurried over to comfort her. “It’s all right. He caught it.”
After Caleb had dealt with a pair of rats, he noticed two snakes slithering in. When he glanced back, he discovered the snakes had vanished from sight, their whereabouts unknown.
“Two snakes have slipped in and disappeared. Everyone, be careful, warned Caleb in a low voice.
Scenes like this were something they had only seen in movies–not–in real life. Suddenly, they were like ships without a compass, standing there, utterly at a loss.

Chise’s hand pressed 4gainst something rather slippery. She lifted her hand to look and found a snake coiling around her wrist. Her eyes rolled back in terror.
“Ahh! A snake, a snake!” Chloe shrieked
She swung with all her might, flinging the snake away. It landed on Caleb’s head. He looked up to find the snake’s head resting on his face, and held his breath.
Just as the snake flicked its tongue, he swiftly caught it and forcefully flung it away.
With a loud smack, the snake smashed into a rock at the side of the cave, leaving a splatter of blood before being washed away by the incoming seawater
The water had now flooded in. lapping at their ankles. Caleb gritted his teeth, saying quietly. “Waiting for the production crew to rescue us is no longer a realistic option. Let’s head over to them now. There’s safety in numbers”
He had no issue with Gabrielle, nor did he wish to perish in the wilderness before winning her over. Therefore, he had to Jeave, determined to go even if Chloe and the others were reluctant.
Without a second thought, Caleb left his luggage behind and dashed out
“Caleb, I’m coming too,” Ryan said, quickly catching up.
Chloe’s body swayed, unable to believe Caleb had just left her behind like that. She lifted her gate to look at Benjamin, only to find him gripping her wrist.
We should go too. Otherwise, we’ll die,” he said solemnly.
