The two of them got into Gabrielle’s car, and their eyes lit up when they saw it was a BMW.

She was incredibly nervous because her affection for Gabrielle was overwhelming. All along, she had wanted to introduce her to her own brother.
If Gabrielle were to be married, that would mean that her older brother would be out of the picture.
“What should we eat later? It’s the wee hours now. How about we get a suite and order some takeout?” Gabrielle asked in a low
voice.
