Chapter 13
I pressed my stomach and turned around to leave. However, I was dragged by Alexander towards the house. I was taken aback for a moment and immediately struggled.
“Let go of me! What are you trying to do?”
Alexander blocked me by the door and sneered, “Although you took contraceptive pills, pills are not omnipotent. You will stay here for a month to make sure you are not pregnant before you leave. If you were pregnant…”
Alexander had a cold look in his eyes, showing no trace of human kindness. As my lower abdomen twisted in pain, I recalled the scene of my daughter Gabriella dying on the sickbed.
I asked with my lips trembling “Go on. What if I were pregnant?”
“End it. Take the surgery.” Alexander’s tone was so light that it seemed as if he were announcing a trifle.
I finally realized how foolish I had been in my past life, in believing that Alexander had mated me for the sake of our daughter. It was my presence that made Alexander dislike our daughter..
It turned out that he had wanted to kill the child from the beginning. With that thought, I felt my stomach churning and wanted to vomit.
“No.”
As I vomited on Alexander’s brand–new suit, he immediately frowned. In the end, I vomited until there was only gastric juice left in my mouth, and then I leaned against the car with my weakened body.
Keith hurriedly walked forward and reached out, saying, Mr. Alexander, let me help Ms. Lancaster.”
Alexander took off his coat instantly. No need. Don’t touch her.”
He glanced at me with disdain but still decided to carry me into the house. I was carried directly into the bathroom by Alexander. Just as I sat on the countertop, he reached out to wipe off my vomit–stained clothes.
“No! No!”
I struggled and tried to push him away. However, being weakened, I could not resist him. Alexander took off my clothes with a straight face. The traces that had been made the night before were exposed under the light. I felt ashamed and embarrassed, raising my hand to cover my face. However, Alexander grabbed my wrist. His palm was terribly hot.
I looked up and met Alexander’s deepening gaze. He didn’t give me a chance to resist at all. He pushed my knees aside and pressed his body against mine. I trembled instinctively as my body rejected him.
Alexander frowned and picked up the towel stacked on the washstand to wipe his hands, casually saying, “I am not interested in women who have just vomited. Your attraction doesn’t have that much power over me yet.”
After those words, I just wanted to breathe a sigh of relief. However, my body seemed to losestrength, and I fell straight into Alexander’s hug. He lowered his gaze, staring at my pale face. With cold sweat on my forehead, I looked extremely weak.
