Chapter 29
Beta Raul’s POV
After taking the whip, Zeeva still refused to let you go!” Luna Lovette asked, looking upset
It touched my heart that she genuinely cared for my Alpha, even though everything was contractual
This made me realize that she understood everything without needing to ask.
saw astonishment in Alpha Kodak’s eyes. He clearly wasn’t expecting such massive support from her
“That is correct,” he replied with a dreamy expression. Luna Lovette didn’t look down on him for allowing himself to be whipped. Instead, her gaze on him was one of admiration.
“In that case, let’s go in. The confidence in her tone left my Alpha speechless.
I wasn’t expecting this from her either, and her display of courage made her even more attractive,
As they hooked their arms together, I felt the need to inform them about my rejection, in case they noticed my unusual behavior.
And Alpha, I found my second chance mate, but she rejected me due to her interpretation of the events in our pack.”
Pain was evident in Alpha Kodak’s eyes, and it warmed my heart to see how much he cared for me as he asked with a vengeful look,
“She chose to believe the rumors over the mate bond!” Luna Lovene interjected before 1 could respond, stating firmly.
“And she will regret it.” Whether it was her passion or the conviction in her voice, I found myself drawn to her even more.
As we entered together, with Luna Lovette walking between us, I noticed heads turning in our direction, followed by respectful nods and Zeeva’s face visibly changing color.
Even those she–wolfs with mouths like razors who kept chirping and taunting here and there had their heads lowered and their mouths shut.
“Is that Luna Lovette! She’s so stunning. Why doesn’t she come out in public,” I heard the she–wolves begin to murmur.
Overhearing whispers among the the–wolves praising Luna Lovette’s beauty and questioning why she didn’t appear in public more often, I could tell that both Alpha Kodak and Luna Lovette were aware of the attention but chose to ignore it.
“Goddess, she’s perfect for Alpha Kodak,” I overheard someone say, wondering if they were the same individunk who had taunted me and my Alpha
earlier.
How the world changes. Alpha Kodak had a personality that made it impossible for anyone to talk trash to his face, but due to the video, I wasn’t expecting them to change so quickly.
“No wonder Alpha Kodak left Zeeva. Goddess, he’s so hot, some of the she wolves shamelessly commented.
Even in front of Luna Lovette and the display of affection showing they were in love, these she–wolves were still ready to flirt.
“Was it Alpha Kodak in the video!” one of the men asked, confusion clouding their faces. Anyone who had biken that whip shouldn’t have healed by now, so most likely, they were afraid of him.
Now I was beginning to imagine the look in their eyes when they found out that the Silent Claw pack already bad a pup on the way
Sadly, the almighty Zeeva couldn’t even lift her head. “Alpha Dolphus, Luna Greta, greetings, Alpha Kodak spoke so elegantly that for a moment, it was as if the video was erased from their minds.
Wherever he went, he always captured attention. Even when I wasn’t a member of the Silent Claw Pack, I desired to see him one day and learn a lot from him.
That day occurredaTew years ago, and ever since seizing the opportunity, I have never had any regrets.
Greetings, Alpha Kodak and LunaLovette–It is an honor to have you both,” Alpha Dolphus replied, his warm gaze fixed on Luna Lovette.
I wasn’t surprised because no one could take their eyes off her. The woman’s hazel brown eyes matched her brunette hair perfectly, and her demeanor, even with her arm linked to Alpha Kodak’s, was dignified.
Ricky had joined his parents, so Alpha Kodak addressed him. “Ricky, I hope you find your mate tonight, but if you don’t, there is a special woman I would like to introduce you to,”
Ricky was excited, hanging on Alpha Kodak’s words, but I was shocked, wondering who he was referring to.

Chapter 29
1 didn’t know any she–wolf in my pack who had caught the Alpha’s attention enough to warrant such a recommendation.
“Alpha Kodak, is this special woman among us!” Ricky asked with interest but was dismayed by Alpha Kodak’s response
“No,” Alpha Kodak replied.
Frustrated. Ricky sounded like he was complaining. I sent an invitation, so why didn’t she come!”
Alpha Kodak was enjoying teasing the future Alpha of the Moon Glow pack, to the amazement of Luna Lovette and Ricky’s parents.
“Perhaps it’s because you don’t know her name and therefore did not invite her.”
Most people giggled, and Ricky shook his head. Despite being two years younger than Alpha Kodak, their maturity levels seemed worlds apart.
“Alpha Kodak, mating ceremony invitations are open to all unmated she–wolves, he reminded us.
Indeed, when an invitation was sent to an Alpha, his unmated she–wolves were expected to attend, but ours chose not to
None of them wanted to leave the pack, believing that if their mates paired up with others, the Moon goddess would eventually provide them with a mate within the park.
Then you should ask her Luna why she wasn’t allowed to come, Alpha Kodak suggested with a smile directed at Luna Lovette.
She leaned in with a charming smile, and when their gazes locked, it felt magiol.
For a moment, I thought they were going to kiss, but Luna Lovette spoke before that could happen.
And who are we talking about here?” she asked, appearing as curious as I was
1 didn’t think my Alpha was joking, yet I couldn’t figure out which she–wolf he was referring to.
“Alpha, I’ve been rejected twice, and yet you never introduced me to this special she–wolf,” I couldn’t hide my envy and was glad to see a slight remorse in Alpha Kodak’s eyes.
“You are right. I’m sorry, Ricky, but I hope you find our mate tonight. That woman would be reserved for my beta”
A satisfied smile displayed on his face after saying that, and I knew he wasn’t joking
“Why do I feel like I know who you are talking about?” Luna Lovette asked. Alpha Kodak smiled but did not respond.
I was beginning to think that this she–wolf was from the Silver pack.
However, I caught a look of regret in Irene’s eyes when our gazes locked, but I was glad I wouldn’t see her again the moment I left the Moon Glow pack
I didn’t know her pack and didn’t want to. After all, there is nothing between us anymore.
My only sorrow was due to the fact that my wolf was sad, but I hoped to see this special she wolf Alpha Kodak was talking about.
“Your beta is indeed lucky. I can feel a pull,” Ricky said with a smile, and my heart warmed greatly.
Whichever woman my Alpha talked about would now be solely for me.
“Go for it, Ricky,” Alpha Kodak encouraged him as they met each other halfway.
She was also walking towards him, which I presumed was the effect of the bond drawing them together.
“Mate?” she asked, seeming surprised or undeserving, while Ricky was rather excited
“Mine.
There was a round of applause as Ricky kept staring at his mate like he wanted to devour her then and there.
Löst in their world, Zeeva was trying to make a quick exit, but I couldn’t make it easy for her. Not after what she did to my Alpha.
She had to finish what she started, so I asked her loud enough for everyone to hear.
“Zeeva, you aren’t leaving, are you?”
