Lucas’s face was filled with even more disgust.“Don’t you have any self–respect or self–love at all?”
Ashlee crossed her arms and looked impatient. “Is it up to you to determine whether I have self–respect and self–love?”
Attacked by Ashlee’s offensive words, Lucas couldn’t bear it and angrily said, “Are you even a woman?” Immediately, he thought of something, and his face was full of contempt.“Could I be the reason for your downfall?”
In Lucas’s view, after all, Ashlee had liked him before.
