Izaiah’s coat got soaked by the water stains on Vanessie at the hospital that day.
After she got back home from the hospital, she cleaned her coat by hand and it’s still hanging in the laundry room now.
Vanessie got a second chance, and a lot of the despair on her disappeared. She pumped herself up and started thinking about how to convince Izaiah in buy shares of Venberg Group when she sees him.
She walked towards the laundry room, thinking to herself, and then looked at the coat hanging on the rack, which had shrunk many times over.
Her mind went blank.
Vanessie frantically took the coat off the clothes rack, double–checked that it was Izaiah’s coat, and stood frozen in place.
She seemed to have washed the coat badly.
She felt frustrated for a while, then quickly took out her phone to search for solutions on the app.
“How to save a shrunken wool coat?”
She sent several messages that were all ads for products.
There wasn’t a specific way online, so she just took the shrunken cost to the dry cleaner to deal with it.
The staff at the dry cleaner’s checked the brand of the coat, then politely turned down Vanessie’s request.
“The clothing from this brand is very expensive, we’re afraid we can’t help you with that here, and we’re also afraid of damaging it, we don’t have money to compensate.”

Vanessin awkwardly gripped her phone, looking a bit embarrassed, and spoke in a soft, timid voice.

Izaiah: “Just bring back my clothes fine.”
He hung up the phone after saying that.
Vanemie sat in the car and wailed, feeling like she had the worst luck lately. She had encountered all sorts of misfortunes, and even herself in front of people she didn’t want to see her embarrassed.

Vanessie stood at the door feeling down, raised her hand and pressed the doorbell.
Her face fell with an apologetic smile as the door opened,
Izaiah opened the door and saw a woman with a fake smile on her face, respectfully holding out his coat from her handbag.
“Sorry. Mr. Ellison, it was my fault that caused the coat to deform. I’m willing to compensate you for your loss at the original price.”
Izaiah took the tote bag and pulled out the coat. The coat looked even smaller in his hands.
Vanessie couldn’t look him in the eye, with a forced smile on her face.
“Mr. Ellison, how much is this coat? I’ll pay for it right away.”
She held up her phone and gestured for Ixalah to scan the payment code for her.
The man didn’t give her a hard time, he took out his phone and opened a QR code to pass it to her.
Vanessie secretly breathed a sigh of relief, scanned the code, and asked.
“Excuse me, how much is this coat?”
She looked down and waited for Izalah to give a number, then entered the amount
She looked down at the screen, and saw that the screen displayed the friend request interface, not the payment page.
Vanessie hesitated for a moment, with a hint of confusion in her eyes, but still clicked on Add Friend
Maybe because the price of his coat was too high, scanning to pay may not have had enough credit.
The man standing across from her clicked twice on the screen with his slender and handsome fingers, agreeing to her friend request.
Vanessie clicked on transfer, muttering. Til send you the money right away

“Mr. Ellison, here are the financial statements of Venberg Group in recent years. I hope you can take a serious look at this deal.”
Iraiah sat on the couch, one hand resting on his leg, his knuckles prominent.
His fingertips were tapping on her leg silently, making her heart beat a little faster.
Vanessie stood quietly on the side, suppressing her nerves, feeling like a newbie in front of this man.
The last time she was so nervous was when she and Bergen went to raise funds for the newly established Venberg Group.
She couldn’t figure out what the man was thinking so she didn’t know how to make the deal.

She sat up straight, hands lightly clasped on her lap, looking very poised. She even accurately analyzed the benefits and advantages that Venberg. Group could bring to the Ellison Group
her serious expersion, but didn’t interrupt her.

Vanessie pursed her lips and remained silent for a while,
Izaiah wasn’t in a rush, patiently waiting for her response.
The reason she wanted to sell her shares is actually not hard to say, but it was particularly difficult to bring up in front of Izaiah.
