When a daughter gets married, her father usually prepares a substantial amount of pack. resources as a gift.
Especially for a woman destined to marry a future Alpha–without ample resources accompanying her, who knows how many werewolves would scoff at the idea.
I have no clue what Julia poured out to Emil, but the next day, Emil came to see me personally.
As soon as he saw me, he ordered, “Sylvie, if you still dream of staying by my side, I’m willing

to give you that chance now and become my Omega. But you must understand that Julia is my Luna. You must submit to her.”
“Her pack can only muster up this pathetic amount of resources, while your Silver Moon. Pack–ha, the resources are practically rotting there! You’re just a woman who isn’t even worthy of being marked by me, so why do your think you can outshine her in pack resources?”
Emil continued in his repulsive tone, “I need you to disguise the Silver Moon Pack’s resources as if they were from her pack and. send them to my place. This way, no werewolf from other packs will dare talk about how impoverished Julia’s pack is.”
I almost couldn’t suppress a laugh.
Emil would do and say anything to safeguard Julia.
I shook my head, “Emil, these pack resources were prepared for me by my Alpha father and my mother! I, Sylvie, will never hand them over to help your Julia put on some ridiculous display!”

“Besides, doesn’t Julia always claim she despises such ‘vulgar flaunting‘? If you force. my pack’s resources upon her now to help out, wouldn’t she think you look down upon her humble pack and deem it unworthy of you, the esteemed Blood Moon Pack Alpha heir?”
My words dripped with sarcasm.
Emil’s face darkened immediately, his cold smile barely escaping his gritted teeth: “Sylvie, all this useless chatter from you boils down to not wanting to share Silver Moon Pack’s resources with my Julia?”
“I’m telling you, if you obediently hand over the resources now, I might let you stay by my side as an Omega. Otherwise, forget about getting anywhere near me.”
I looked at him with the indifference one would
show to a clown, and I said clearly, “Emil, I’m the only daughter of the Silver Moon Pack Alpha. How do you figure I’d want to be your Omega?”

Emil jumped to his feet, rage burning in his eyes: “Fine! If you want to be so unreasonable, don’t blame me for not showing mercy!”
“Even if someday you cry and beg while kneeling like a dog, I won’t take you back.”
At that very moment, an Omega humbly carried out a dress, saying timidly, “This is Ms Sylvie’s dress. As per your instructions, it was found in her room. Please inspect it.”
I rose abruptly, “What are you doing with my
dress?”
Emil didn’t even bother looking at me anymore, impatiently waving to that Omega with his damned hand, “Pack it up, take it away immediately, and send it to Julia! Hurry!”
Then he looked at me, full of disdain in his tone: “You? Sylvie? You’re just an insignificant. woman, someone who disgusts me, someone
not worthy of being marked by me! You don’t deserve to wear such an expensive dress.”
“This dress is meant for the future Luna to wear. I’ve decided that Julia will wear it at our mating ceremony.”

I was shaking with fury, lunging forward to snatch my dress back from the Omega–it was left to me by my mother!
But Emil roughly threw me aside. That brute shoved me violently. My back crashed hard against the solid wall, causing me to gasp in
pain.
He growled viciously, “Enough! Sylvie! Have you had enough drama? You refuse to part with the pack resources, you’re unqualified to wear this dress, so why fight for it!”
“Emil, why are you stealing my future mate’s. dress?” an icy voice suddenly interrupted.
