Gary froze, cold sweat drenching him. “Y–you… what do you want?”
Kathleen gasped, covering her mouth as she spotted the assistant behind Dylan. “Director Li? Why are you here?”
The assistant glared. “Shut it! I’m no director. Hand over our mistress and young master now.”
Dylan’s patience vanished. He shot Gary’s leg, eyes blazing. “Talk!”
Gary snarled in pain, fury rising. “Who do you think you are? How dare you storm into the Perez residence! Seeking death?”
Dylan chuckled darkly, uttering three icy words: “Dylan.”
Everyone present gasped, and Gary and Kathleen exchanged a look of disbelief.
Then Gary roared at Kathleen, “Is that Dylan?”
Kathleen shook her head frantically, “I… I don’t know.”
Gary slapped Kathleen across the face, “Idiot, didn’t you get hired by the Baker group? Don’t you even know who your boss is?”
A red handprint immediately appeared on Kathleen’s face, and she cried while looking at Dylan’s assistant, “I was interviewed by Mr. Li.”
The assistant shook like a leaf, keeping his head down and not daring to look at Dylan, afraid that Dylan would shoot him.

Dylan lost all patience. He grabbed Gary’s collar and shouted, “Where’s Elizabeth?”
Hearing my name, Gary and Kathleen instantly turned pale.
Kathleen murmured, “So it’s true. She really married Dylan.”
But Gary retorted loudly, “Elizabeth is my woman! How could she marry you?”
Dylan pulled out a dagger and suddenly stabbed Gary below the waist.
He looked down contemptuously. “Pathetic.”
Gary clutched his wound, writhing on the floor in agony.
Dylan didn’t waste time. He immediately searched the entire Perez
manor.
Nothing was found.
His eyes burned with raging fury as he said to his assistant in an icy tone, “Bankrupt the Perez group.”
The assistant hastily agreed, then shot Kathleen a warning glare to keep her quiet.
Kathleen froze in terror, staring at Gary writhing on the floor, utterly lost.
Her gaze accidentally met Dylan’s, who curled his lips into a smirk.
“So you’re the one who tried snatching my wife’s child at the airport? Got her mocked and surrounded?”

Kathleen frantically shook her head, pointing at Gary. “Not me! He’s the one!”
“He forced Elizabeth into that situation! I had nothing to do with it!”
Gary, who’d been nearly passing out from pain, abruptly fell silent. Glaring daggers at Kathleen, he spat through gritted teeth, “Kathleen, what did you just say?”
At this moment, Kathleen, in a panic, pushed all the blame onto Gary.
“He insisted on dragging Elizabeth and the child to the cemetery, and he whipped Elizabeth.”
“He also tied your and Elizabeth’s child to a pillar to freeze.”
“He made Elizabeth hit her own head with a brick.”
“I didn’t know that was your child, it’s really not my fault, it was all Gary’s doing.”
