This was the first time they had shared a bed.
Janie disn’t feel uncomfortable in the slightest and slept peacefully
Spencer, on the other hand, felt both sweetness and tomment. He couldn’t help but tighten his hold around Janie yet made sure not to make her uncomfortable.
Spencer glanced down at her. Janie’s eyes were closed, her breathing steady, and her trust and reliance on him were clear.
Spencer’s heart fluttered. He kissed her forehead and cheeks several times, savoring the moment before finally closing his eyes, resting his head against hers
They slept in each other’s arms, the warmth between them undeniable.
Meanwhile, the Night Guards were still locked in a fierce battle.
Janie opened her eyes and immediately met Spencer’s gaze. She froze for a moment, then quickly kissed him.
Her voice softened. “You didn’t get lost in thought, did you? I know I’m breathtakingly beautiful…”
Janie didn’t finish her sentence, and Spencer pinned her beneath him, capturing her lips in a kiss.
Her lips were sweet and soft, like honey, and they were addictive to him.
After a long kiss, Janie’s hair was tousled,
Spencer’s eyes darkened, and he was about to kiss her again when Janie turned the tables. “I want to be on top.”
Spencer obediently lay back, welcoming her. “Do as you please.”
Janie didn’t hold back, leaning down to kiss him. Spencer wrapped his arms tightly around her.
Before long, Janie pulled away. “Alright, I’m getting up.”
Spencer, of course, wanted to stay close to her, but he forced himself to pull back. He got up first and went to fetch clothes for Janie.
Elderlands had a traditional feel, with simple clothing that wasn’t overly elaborate, designed more for comfort and case of
movement.
Janie put on a modified light green strapless dress, her smile radiant, full of charm. She walked out of the room and saw Spencer already dressed
He wore a simple, vintage dark green suit, looking like a gentleman straight from the Middle Ages.
Janie’s eyes lit up, and she eagerly rushed to him. Spencer naturally caught her.
Janie hugged his waist, her voice softening without her realizing it. “Spenny, what should we do now?”
Spencer paused for a moment. His throat tightened. “Say it again.”
Janie tilted her head, a little confused. “Hmm?” She quickly understood. “Oh…”

Spencer, unable to hold back, kissed her lips. They embraced tightly, their breaths mingling, their lips and tongues intertwining.

Janie and Spencer walked hand in hand out the door toward the Night Guardy‘ training grounds.
Janie sighed. “Well, my crew sure is dedicated, aren’t they? Still training nonstop. But hey, balance is key! Guess I’d better go remind them to take it easy for a change…”
Spencer nodded. “Miss Janie, you really should talk to them. They’re not exactly doing their best.”
Janie looked puzzled, then glanced ahead.
It was impossible to see from a distance, and she had to look down
The Night Guards were sprawled out on the ground in all directions, their clothes torn and ragged, their hair messy, and many of them had visible injuries.
Janie was momentarily stunned. Her eyes twitched. “What happened here?”
As soon as Janie’s voice rang out, the Night Guards, sprawled out on the ground in all directions, jumped to their feet in unison, standing at attention.
“Hello, Miss Janie. Mr. Alvarez, they greeted in a perfect line, their faces serious. However, their disheveled appearance. clothes tom, faces battered, made the scene look rather comical.
Janie was momentarily stunned. She quickly realized what had happened and couldn’t hold back her laughter, collapsing
into Spencer’s arms.
Spencer held her, his gaze on the Night Guards a little complicated.
He rarely took time to manage them. After all, he had a lot on his plate, and the Night Guards were quite self–sufficient. But now, seeing what they had been up to, he was at a loss for words.
Spencer sighed, feeling a headache coming on. The moment the Night Guards met Spencer’s gaze, they tensed up.
