Chapter 29
Asher still hesitated. For a moment, he felt like he should not do this. He just wanted to leave when he heard his wolf whining again. He sighed. Actually, his beast annoyed him a lot. His mind kept repeating the question: what has he got to do in here? She was a vampire who should not even exist.
Werewolves were peaceful creatures, unless their beast were kept on a lace, but vampires killed people, and werewolves as well. Werewolf communities would have been proud of him if he would have made sure one less exists. His wolf listened to his thoughts, and he made clear he didn’t like them by growing
angry.
“Calm down, body, for fuck’s sake!” He said and held the door handle. Asher used his bank card, and just as he thought, the lock opened up easily. He entered and his eyes widened after he took the first step. The flat was empty. Too empty. For a moment, he felt weird, His chest was heavy.
He didn’t even need to use his sophisticated smell, as Olivin’s usual sweet scent hit his nose. He breathed a little faster, but h
he was resolute.
As he approached, the scent was even stronger. What really disturbed him was his woll. He cried so loudly inside his mind; that he felt he would go mad. His beast never communicated with him, and normally, he should have been happy about the connection, but this time, he did what his father taught him when he was little. He blocked him. As soon as he did that, his mind went quiet. Only his chest hurt more, but he forced himself to bear it.
Asher moved slowly, trying to use all his senses, just in case Olivia would attack him. He found the room quickly, as the scent led him there, and he pushed the door open. The place was empty, like the other areas, and his gaze moved on the inflatable mattress. Olivia laid on it, covered with a quilt. Only her long black black hair showed that it was her.
Asher moved closer. Even if his chest hurt badly, he hoped nature had done its job already. He went on his knees and he held Olivia’s shoulder to turn her over. What he saw shocked him. Her face was ripped up in various places. Het skin dryness didn’t allow any little movement without breakage.
Olivia’s eyes were open, and they had stared at him. Looking into then caused him more pain, so he looked away.
Asher didn’t think. He didn’t want to. He took the quilt, wrapped Olivia in it, and lifted her up, hoping that this time he wouldn’t meet anyone.
He walked out of the flat with her, and he chose the stairs instead of the elevator. When he was out, he rushed to his car and put Olivia in the car boot. He was worried she could move, as while he was driving, she could kill him instantly.
Asher sat in the car, and he turned the engine on.
Oliva just laid in her bed, regretting staying in her fat while she could move. She heard someone enter, and from the pleasant scent, she knew who that was. Actually, she felt calm. She thought Asher would soften, and he would help her, but she was wrong. She was still hoping he came to help her until she realized Asher was about to put her in his car boot. When he shout it on her, the first hint of fear ran through her body.
Olivia desperately wanted to ask him to let her go, to let her be in her flat or somewhere where she could not be found, just to let her suffer alone. She wasn’t able to die, but she could lay in prave soinwhere. It wasn’t that she was afraid of pain; she didn’t know what she had been afraid of. Maybe he thought she was able to die? What if he would bury her alive while she can’t move?
Aber had never been kind to her. Olivia did not know why he was so mean to her all the time, as she apparently differed from other vampires, but somehow Astar’s behaviour hurt her non existent soul as well. Normally, ale would have wanted to get to know him. There were so many questions she wanted to ask him, just to understand him better. His handsome face told her he would have had numerous things to say, and she would have understood him, may be..
She felt like they were on the roads for ages when she finally realized the cat had stopped. She heard Asher’s footsteps, and the hout opened. Asher lifted her up, and when she could see around, she recognised Asher’s house. He walked in with her, and she did not understand what was happening when Asher laid her into a hed, Ashour watched her for a little while, then he left the room. Olivia has been left there in the dark. She took a few deep breaths and clenched her teeth while she tried to make her body move. She gripped the side of the mattress and she tried to pull herself. But she needed to realize it was a had adea, as she ended up hitting the flour badly. Her budy ached, and the bed felt much warmer than the floor
She tried to use all her energy to keep moving, but her muscles gave up. Sy was able to move. Olivia would have screamed if she had been able to let out any sound in her mouth, but finally, she stopped trying. She just tried to accept the fact that there was no way out for her. What did he want to do to her? Keep her locked here in this tour, hoping she would die. Or tally, for planned to bury her sobre on the land? Why did her existence diaturh him sa
I remed like hours passed when she heard footsteps again, and the door had been pushed open.
“Damn!” She heard Asher, then she felt his strong arms lift her back into bed.
She didn’t want to look at what Asher was doing. Olivia only heard some sounds that she wasn’t able to recognise Finally, Asher held something close to her brad, and she felt something like a paper straw on her lips. Only then could she smell the elixir of all her problems and pain. The cure was at her lips, but did she want that?
Her fangs appeared quickly, and smelling blod made her sullering more intense. Her body was desperate to drink it, but her mind refused it. She wanted to

prove to Asher that she was okay without it, and now he was the one who offered her to drink blood.
“Come on, drink!” She heard Asher forcing the straw between her lips. It took all her energy to move her head away.
Asher frowned, seeing her fighting so hard against her thirst and instincts.
