The scene was cordoned off, and everyone was terrified.
Ryan and Vanessa stood there, stunned.
Seeing the man helping me up, everyone was asking questions deep down.
one knew what exactly happened.
“It’s all my fault for being late.” He blamed himself.
Seeing the man’s handsome face, my tense nerves relaxed.

Derek looked like he wanted to eat someone.
“Who do you think you are? How dare you question me?”

Looking at the people Derek brought, he gritted his teeth and glared at me fiercely. “Emma, what do you mean, committing adultery with others in front of me? What do you take me for?”
Derek’s face darkened, and he was about to speak.
I stopped him, took a deep breath, endured the pain, and looked up at Ryan.
“I told you I wanted a divorce.”
Ryan burst in rage. “Emma, I didn’t agree to it!”
I looked at Derek.
The latter gave me a reassuring look.
Then he pulled out a report and tossed it in front of Ryan.
“You and Emma have divorced. Here is your divorce report.
“From now on, she has nothing to do with you! Don’t let me hear you saying her name again!”
Ryan picked it up and looked at it. He was shocked and angry.
“How is this possible?! I didn’t agree to a divorce, I…”
I interrupted him. “I don’t need your consent.”
I stared at him.
“Ryan, have you forgotten that I have your grandfather’s will?”

It was obvious that he had forgotten.
His grandfather was afraid that Ryan, who had a bad temper, would treat me badly, so he left a will.
“Everyone knows that you and Vanessa held a wedding. You have

On the day of the wedding banquet, Ryan went after Vanessa.

“It doesn’t matter whether you agree or not.”
Derek let out a cold snort. “That is the reality now.
“And with me here now, why would you think she still needs you around?”
Ryan’s face turned pale, and he took a step back.
“How is this possible…”

He didn’t know that I endured all that humiliation for so many years
because I loved him.
I didn’t stay around because I needed him to survive.

Derek nodded and then ordered his people. “Round up all those who bullied Emma earlier!
“I’m not letting go of anyone who bullies my people. I want them all fired and put in jail for life!”
The people he brought responded in unison.
Vanessa panicked and clung to Ryan’s arm. “Ryan, what should I do? I, I can’t be fired…”
She was only able to join the dance troupe thanks to Ryan.
She also offended a lot of people in private.
Once she was fired, her life would be over!
