George and Rosslyn had three children–two cont and a daughter. The eldest, Liant, was married to Olivia, and they heard rwins Jermifer and Phrobe. The second son, Dylan, was married to Cathy, and they had two kide Emily and Andrew
Then there was their youngest daughter. Heather, who had married into a family in frathar. Word was that something was going on with her in–laws, so she wouldn’t be back for a while.
Emily, currently studying an Terathar University, was smart, well–liked, and highly favored within the Greene family.
Right now. Emily was up on stage and playing a video she had personally made for George’s birthday. But just a few seconds later, the screen suddenly went black.
Everyone froze, thinking it was a technical issue. Then, just as suddenly, the screen flickered back to life. However, it wasn’t Emily’s video but was a piece of surveillance footage.
Phoebe narrowed her eyes, a smirk tugging at her lips. The footage showed a scene from Eclipse Lounge, where she and Cora spent the night. She lost a game and was feeding a man some fruit. That specific moment had been cut and looped on repeat
Gasps filled the room as people processed what they were seeing. Then, murmurs filled the whole room.
Someone whispered, “Oh my, I didn’t think Phoebe was that type. She’s out here openly hanging with male hosts?”
A woman replied, “Well, what do you expect? She grew up outside the family. The Greenes must be regretting bringing her back now.”
A man chimed in, “If I were Liam and Olivia, I’d be losing my mind. Came here for a birthday party, and now we’re getting a scandalous show instead.”
Up on stage, Emily looked embarrassed. When she caught sight of George’s furious glare, she realized she had been set up. And as for who was behind it? That was easy–whoever stood to gain the most.
George’s face had gone from dark to downright thunderous. He growled, “Liam, Olivia, look at your good daughter. You’ve disgraced me completely.”
Liam frowned, his voice tense. “Dad, the priority right now is handling this.”
George’s voice was ice–cold as he spoke up, “What’s left to handle? You want to make it worse?”
With an angry face, Olivia spat, “I’ve said we should’ve cut ties with her. Who knows what other disasters she’ll bring in the future?”
Liam shot her a sharp glare and warned, “Shut up. If you’d done a better job disciplining her, would this have even happened?”
Olivia looked stunned and instantly felt wronged. “How is this my fault? She spent most of her life out, and who knows what kind of trashy habits she picked up?”
“Enough, both of you. This is already a mess. From now on, she’s not stepping foot into this house ever again,” George roared.
Liam looked like he wanted to argue, but Olivia grabbed his arm. “Are you blind? Can’t you see how mad your dad is? Saying anything now will only make it worse.”
Liam clenched his jaw and swallowed his words, but inside, he was frustrated as hell. He thought Phoebe was proving to be nothing but trouble.

Secing that Liam and Olivia had gone quiet, Roselyn said with a frown, “Since she’s the one involved, let’s have her explain
herself”
Right then. Declan and Jennifer entered the hall. Their reactions couldn’t have been more different.
Jennifer’s eyes glowed with satisfaction, and she thought. Looks like Bianca’s plan worked perfectly. Now everyone will see Phoebe for what she really is a cheap, used–up whore/
Declan, on the other hand, looked furious. He strode straight to Phoebe and demanded, “What the hell is this?”
Phoebe met his gaze with cool indifference. “You’re asking me? I’d like to know who’s behind this too. Besides Cora, the only other person who knew I went to that bar was you. I know Cora wouldn’t pull something like this.”
Declan’s face turned ice–cold in an instant, and he leaned in to question her. “You think I did this?”
