In my past life, my soul was confined to my
apartment.
After realizing my unusual feelings for Jason,
I moved out of his house.
After hearing about my death, Lucas sought
out Jason for answers.
What answers were there?
Jason claimed I had a serious illness and
died.
He didn’t even have the right to find out the
truth.
That night, Lucas easily cracked the
apartment’s door lock code.
I watched in surprise as he burst in, stumbling
into my room.
When my soul floated over, I only saw his tall
figure curled up on my bed.
His back trembled, the pillow soaked with
tears.
I wanted to comfort Lucas.
But I didn’t know where to begin?
So I sat beside the bed, quietly watching him.
Later, I couldn’t help but reach out and touch
his fluffy hair.
Sadly, I was just a ghost.
Unable to truly touch Lucas.
My hand passed through his hair.
I patted his head like I was comforting a child.
“Lucas, don’t cry, if you keep crying, I’ll want
to kiss you.”
The delicate face beneath my hand trembled.
Lucas suddenly opened his eyes, large tears.
rolling down.
Then he closed his eyes again in despair.
“Liar.”
Silence fell.
Only low sobs echoed in the room.
