Solana had to admit that Robert’s name held a lot of weight in Embridge.
Seeing the doubt in Aaron’s eyes, Solana quickly tapped on her phone and showed him the screen.
She pointed at it with her slender fingers and smiled. “Take a look.”
Aaron took a closer look and realized she had searched for news about Roberton Properties. It was about their annual meeting last year, and there was a photo of the Webb family in the news. The girl in the middle…
He suddenly looked up and compared her to the girl in front of him.
Solana raised an eyebrow and smiled. “Mr. Howell, don’t you think every part of me matches that girl in the picture?”
The two lackeys also came over to take a look upon hearing that.
‘This wasn’t just matching; this was one person! Shit!‘ Aaron’s face changed dramatically..
He thought Averie had finally come to her senses, but it turned out she wanted them dead.
If they were to mess with Robert’s daughter at his hotel today, they’d probably end up flat on their backs.
After all, it was known to all that Roberton Properties was a major player in Embridge. No way a small–time outfit like them could take it on.
Aaron was so furious that the arrogant attitude he had when he walked in completely vanished, and he was almost grovelling. “Miss Webb, it’s a misunderstanding. This is all a misunderstanding. We’ll leave right away.”
The two lackeys were still staring at Solana when Aaron smacked them on the back of their heads.
He just wanted to get out of here as fast as possible. As soon as he reached the door, the girl laughed behind him and asked, “What misunderstanding allows you guys to enter my room with my room card so boldly?”
Aaron’s expression changed again; he didn’t dare show anger but asked through gritted teeth, “What do you want, Miss Webb?”
Solana replied coldly, “I hate hearing crap like ‘revenge is best served cold.‘ I don’t hold grudges because I always get revenge.”
Cold sweat started rolling down Aaron’s forehead. ‘We didn’t say anything after we walked in, right? At most, our gazes were a little lecherous… but that’s only because Miss Webb is just too beautiful,‘ he thought.
“Since Averie wants to mess with me, do you think it’s too much if I want to go after her?” Solana asked.
Aaron widened his eyes and quickly turned around. “Not at all! Going after you? That woman is practically asking for death. Miss Webb, tell us, how do you want to teach her a lesson?”
If he couldn’t handle this young lady in front of him and let it escalate to Robert, their tiny company would probably be wiped out by Robert in one go, and his boss would definitely kill him.

Solana’s gaze slowly swept over the three in front of her, and with a proud tilt of her chin, she said, “Simple. Whatever she wants you to do, you do it. But, the target needs to be switched.”
In her previous life, these three men totally ruined her life.
No matter how she begged or cried, none of them cared. They took turns tormenting her until she was barely breathing.
Solana still remembered that feeling. She’d never forget the firsthand experience.
The three men regarded the law as non–existent, engaged in usury, and defiled maidens.
So, not just Averie, these three weren’t getting off easy either. After today, they’d be on the run.
Robert might not want a big deal, but he’d definitely have his men hunting them down.
Aaron said through gritted teeth, “Miss Webb, even if you didn’t ask for it, we were gonna settle the score with her.”
As soon as he finished, a loud thud sounded, and a heavy package was tossed over, landing right at his feet.
Aaron instinctively looked down.
The girl in front of him added, “I don’t like owing favors. What’s inside is my thanks. After the job, you guys should move.”
One of the two lackeys picked up the bag, opened it, and was instantly dumbfounded.
Under the chandelier, the diamond jewelry inside almost blinded them. They had never seen such high–quality diamonds before.
‘Indeed, she’s the rich Miss Webb, unlike the penny–pinching woman who can’t even afford a few thousand!‘ Aaron said inwardly.
“Rest assured, Miss Webb!” he agreed.
“Remember, you’ve never seen me,” Solana warned.
“Yes, yes,” Aaron swore.
Solana was satisfied, tapping the table softly with a smile. “Just wait for her here. I’m sure Mr. Howell knows what to say.”
“Got it.” Aaron nodded vigorously, and along with his two lackeys, saw Solana to the door with utmost respect, bowing ninety degrees. “Miss Webb, goodbye and take care.”
Of course, Solana didn’t leave the hotel; she went straight to the surveillance room.
Even the security captain came personally, panicking like the world was about to end. “What brings you here, Miss Webb?”
Seeing these guys all looking worried about pissing her off made Solana want to laugh. She clearly remembered how they treated her like trash when she got back from prison in her previous life.
Solana remained cool and said, “I lost something and wanna check if someone picked it up.”
The security captain immediately replied, “Where did you lose it? And when? I’ll check right away.”

“Nah, I’ll check it myself.” Solana pretended to be hesitant. “Because… it’s a good friend, and I don’t want any future negative impact on her.”
The security captain got the hint right away. “Got it. Everyone out. Let’s go.”
Soon, the monitoring room was empty except for Solana.

She set her handbag down, sat straight up, and pulled up the surveillance footage of her entry into the hotel. With a cold sneer, she calmly deleted all the clips that captured her and tweaked a few of the external cameras.
Finishing, she walked out of the monitoring room with a satisfied heart and managed to avoid all the cameras until she was outside the hotel.
It finally passed ten o’clock, and Solana saw Averie hurriedly run into the hotel from a distance.
If she wasn’t mistaken, Averie’s face was full of uncontrollable smug smiles.
‘Averie must have thought that what awaited her was me being screwed by those three men, right?‘ Solana said inwardly.
In her previous life, Averie pushed open the door to room 10086, quickly snapping a bunch of disgraceful photos of her being defiled. Claiming it was to get Robert to avenge her, she forwarded the photos to Robert and Gloria.
Robert was furious. Although Solana wasn’t his daughter, he felt that after raising her for so many years, her actions had brought shame to his name. When he learned that Solana was about to call the police, to prevent the Webb family from becoming a laughingstock in their circle, he locked her up in the villa.
Luckily, God gave her a chance to restart.
This time, she wouldn’t let those bad guys succeed.
Solana figured the timing was about right, so she walked straight into the hotel, took the elevator to room 10086.
“Beep-“The door quickly opened, and Solana walked in to see the room in complete disarray.
Meanwhile, Averie cursed inwardly, ‘WTF, this isn’t how the plot should go!‘
