Elara raised her arm, intending to remind Bambi not to use too much strength, but Bambi had already swung her punch
before she could say anything.
Beryl was sent flying backward, losing his balance and crashing to the ground. His mind went completely blank.
“Mr. Caddel, are you okay?” Bambi quickly ran to his side.
Beryl felt like a massive force had yanked him up, and he clutched his chest and coughed uncontrollably
Bambi quickly but gently patted his back.
“Urk!” His undigested breakfast surged up from his throat and spilled onto the floor.
“Ugh.” Finnegan let out a cold sneer, his expression laced with disdain.
Elara rushed to grab a mop and started cleaning the floor. Not far away, someone held up a phone and discreetly filmed Elara. He immediately sent the video to Niamh.

Niamh stared at

She turned and walked into a private lounge, pushing the door open so hard it slammed against the wall, catching the attention of the ten or so men seated inside.
Niamh was wearing a sleek black athletic jacket and sharkskin leggings that emphasized her long, slender legs. She tossed her dark hair back and plopped down next to Harvey.
“Harvey, you should talk to Elara. She’s cleaning floors at a gym now!”
She handed him the phone, showing him the video of Elara mopping the floor. Niamh immediately felt the icy chill radiating from Harvey.
She added with a sigh, I suppose Elara will always be that girl who grew up poor.”
Elara had just put the mop back in the storage room when her phone rang. She glanced at the screen, and it was an unknown
number
Since she was job hunting, she didn’t want to miss any potential calls, so she pressed the answer button
“Elara, it’s me.”
It was Niamh. Elara had long since blocked her number, which meant Niamh must have used someone else’s phone to call
Elara’s face turned cold, and she was about to hang up when Niamh’s voice came through
“I heard you’re job hunting. Well, guess what? Glory Entertainment is looking for hostesses to serve drinks. The shifts start at 10:00 pm, and the base pay is eight thousand dollars a month
“If you work hard, you could make 20 to 30 thousand a month. Doesn’t that sound like the perfect job for you? You can take care of Bambi during the day, and you can head out to work after she goes to sleep”
Elara chuckled. “Does Harvey know you’re offering me this job?”
In response, Harvey’s voice suddenly cut in
“The job Niamh suggests is still better than cleaning floors at a gym ”

Elara felt her blood freeze, and an icy chill pierced her heart. Even after seven years of marriage, Harvey was determined to

Elara laughed out loud “Niamh has always been idle. I’ll let her take that great job at the bar.
“As for me, I have the 60 million dollars, the properties, and stock options you gave me. I’ll live comfortably, so please, dear ex -husband, stop worrying about me.”
She hung up the phone without waiting for his
feeling irritated, she even borrowed Finnegan’s laptop.
In ten minutes, she drafted a résumé under Harvey’s name and submitted it to the male escort department at Glory Entertainment.
After successfully sending the email, Elara noticed a flashing ad in the lower–right corner of the webpage: High–Paying Surrogacy Opportunities!
Smirking, she clicked the ad and filled out the application–using Harvey’s phone number.
