Cameron’s face twisted with rage. Her entire body trembled as she cried out, “You bullying, tyrannical bit dad’s in no shape to do any of this!”
Your
“You’re welcome to help him out by kneeling and repenting with him. That way, each of you only has to do it for fifteen minutes,” I said calmly.
Harry jabbed a finger at me, shaking with fury. For a moment, he was too enraged to speak. Finally, he forced out a few words through gritted teeth. “You… vile… scheming… snake… Bitch…!”
The fake smiles I had worn up to this point vanished, swallowed by my rising anger and hatred.
“Me? Vile? I could never be as vile as you! How did you even get your hands on all that wealth if not by robbing Grandpa and Grandma’s business?!
“You targeted my mother because her family business was thriving. You lied to her, cheated on her, and exploited her love and devotion. You never loved her!
“Then you and this bitch worked together to ruin her life. You divorced her, forced my grandparents into bankruptcy, and drove my grandpa into the hospital with stress–induced illness. We couldn’t even afford his treatment back then. Did you care?!
“When my mom had cancer and no money for treatment, did you care? Did it ever cross your mind that she was once your wife?! No! You were glad she was dying!
“You, your fucking mistress, and her children have lived happy, wealthy, upper–class lives at our expense! You profit off the corpses of my mother and grandfather!
“You don’t deserve to point fingers at me!” I bellowed.
“Bullshit! Where’s your proof?!”
I pointed at Miles, sneering. “He’s only two years younger than I am!”
Miles was so engrossed in his game that he didn’t react, as if he hadn’t heard a thing.
Cameron, unable to argue with me, turned her frustration on him instead. She stomped on her son’s leg.
“Wake up! Your parents are being humiliated and bullied, and you’re just standing there like a useless idiot! What do we even have you for?!” she shrieked, her voice thick with tears.
Miles staggered but quickly regained his footing. “What the hell do you want me to do, genius? Kill her? Beat her up? You and Dad don’t even have a way to save me if I get caught!”
“You coward!” Cameron screamed.
I was honestly surprised at how clear–headed this useless brother of mine could be at times. Whether he made a stupid or smart choice, he always managed to be unpredictable.
Still, Miles had done enough to prove he was worse than just “an idiot.”
I supposed this was part of their divine punishment, too–their daughter had to die young, and their surviving son was utterly useless.
Even if Harry’s company didn’t collapse, there was no way Miles would be able to provide them with a peaceful life once Harry retired.
I glanced at my watch. “It’s noon. Make your decision.”

Chapter 337
Cameron shot me a venomous glare.
“Ten minutes,” I added. “If you refuse, I’ll leave. If you accept, get on your knees and start repenting.”
“I am your father, you bitch! God will smite children who disobey their parents!”
“I’ll be sure to stand close to you when He smites me,” I replied.
The Uber driver, who had been silent until now, decided to step in. “Listen, from what I’ve heard, the two of you
made some mistakes. I think it’s only fair to apologize to someone you’ve wronged. Besides, the day’s getting mighty hot. Let’s not waste time here.”
He was right. The sun was relentless.
