Chapter 274
Winifred Hart was puzzled about the flowers. ‘Could it be that silly Amber Hart trying to make up
up for what she did?‘ she wondered.
Just then, Amber Hart’s voice came from behind her. “Here’s a new laptop to make up for the one I broke, Amber said, setting it down and getting ready to leave.
Winifred called out, “Wait, do you know who sent these flowers!”
Amber instantly recognized the bouquet–it was the same one she’d seen earlier in Rowena Clare’s arms, when she’d accidentally bumped into her.
“It’s from one of your classmates.”
Winifred was surprised. She had classmates, but none who would send her flowers. “What’s her name?”
“Rowena Clare, Amber said, striding out of the room.
Winifred was even more baffled. Rowena Clare? Why would she suddenly send me flowers? We’re not even friends, she thought.
Meanwhile, on the ship, Sienna Hart and Finn Eaton were planning to switch to another boat. Thorn Noir dashed out barefoot, his footsteps thudding loudly on the floor.
“Sienna, where are you going?” he called out.
Sienna stopped, seeing Thorn in a hospital gown, not even wearing a shirt, his muscular torso completely exposed. He was from Meridia, with a strong build and a noble, princely look.
Sienna instinctively looked away. Seeing her reaction, Thorn was quite pleased.
“We’re switching to another boat. You’re still not fully recovered, so just stay put,” Sienna said.
Thorn couldn’t help but think, “Finn really wasn’t lying Just then, Finn came over and draped a blanket over his shoulders. “Mr. Noir, the wind is strong and you’re still injured. Please take care.”
Enoch’s voice was soft, full of genuine concern. Thorn was a bit annoyed. “What’s he fussing about? Did I ever say I was cold?‘ he grumbled inwardly.

“Sienna, it’s time to board the boat, Finn reminded her.
“Sure.”

They just left right in front of Thorn, and his eyes flickered with panic. He rushed after them. “Wait, you can’t just leave me here! I’m coming with you too.”
“But you’re still hurt.” Sienna said.
Before she could finish, Finn interrupted, “How about we bring him along? There’s a doctor on board, and he won’t be a bother.”
Sienna nodded at Finn’s thoughtful suggestion. “Alright then.”
They walked off, chatting and laughing together.
Thorn clenched his fists. Even though Finn meant well, why did he still feel so stifled?
Thorn grumbled inwardly, ‘Who needs his useless kindness anyway? I could’ve gotten on the boat by myself–Sienna wouldn’t have kicked me out. What a blabbermouth
Finn reminded, “Help Mr. Noir along. He’s still injured, so be really careful”
Thor’s face was livid. He wanted nothing more than to rip Enoch’s mouth off, but frustratingly, he had no excuse to do so.

Chapter 274
Finn really is an Eaton, just like his ancestors–a master schemer, Thorn thought bitterly.
When two people came over to help him, Thorn snapped, “Get lost! I don’t need your help!”
“Didn’t you just tell him to rest in bed? Why are you letting him come with us now?” Sienna asked.
Finn smiled. “Nobody likes being left alone. I’d feel bad leaving him by himself, especially when he’s hurt. Besides, I think he wants to be with you.”
“I didn’t expect you to care so much about him.”
He saved my life. I owe him my life, so of course I should look out for him.”
Hearing that, Thorn slipped and did a full–on faceplant right onto the floor.
Finn hurried over and quickly helped him up. “Mr. Noir, are you alright? You really need to watch your step
