After saying that, she hammered her own thighs and calves laboriously as though utterly exhausted.
Upon seeing that, Sebastian harrumphed coldly.
“Weren’t you celebrating your birthday with them in the private room?”
“Tsk. I didn’t want to attend such a tacky birthday party. It was just a bunch of people gathering together to make noise, utterly pointless,” Madelyn said with a pout.
Moreover, with both Janessa and Christopher there, she had no desire to return to the private room.
“Really?” Sebastian sneered. His mind involuntarily recalled the game they were playing when he entered their private room earlier.
I wonder if she kissed someone after I had left. If she did…

Madelyn dropped her hold on him, her expression carnest as she explained, “At the time, Janessa suggested this game, and everyone agreed. So, we just went along with it. Then, she lost and had to accept the punishment. Everyone was quite thrilled at the time. I thought Christopher would be the first person to enter the private room and was all planning to enjoy the show. Unexpectedly, you were the first person to come in. Yet, the faint lighting cast a beautiful and warm glow over it all.
“Is it beautiful?” Madelyn asked at that moment, a sweet and innocent smile curving her lips.

Admittedly, it had been quite some time since he’d seen such a cozy setup.
“This is not all,” Madelyn suddenly said with a grin.
Sebastian looked at her in puzzlement, only to see her rushing to the refrigerator. She then opened the freezer compartment and took out a whole cake.
After carefully setting it on the table, Madelyn said. “Sebastian, wait for me for a moment.”
Following that, she dashed into the kitchen and put on an apron.
Then, she heated up the pan and prepared two tender steaks on the spot.
After serving the steaks, she uncorked a bottle of red wine and poured it into two wine glasses.
Finally, she took out a small white candle.
Lighting it, she placed the candle on the table. With that, it became a candlelit dinner.
In an instant, the atmosphere was warm and cozy.
