“Should I go with your assistant to get ready?” Celeste asked.

Hearing this, Celeste glanced at him with concern. She said softly, “Your injuries haven’t fully healed yet. Maybe it’s better to stay here for now?”

Celeste sighed inwardly, knowing he wouldn’t back down, especially after that fever yesterday. “Fine, but you could watch from here. For example, when Cassian arrived there, he could livestream the event for you.”
Though Marcus could see the scene through the livestream, he couldn’t handle unexpected emergencies. So no matter what, he must go to the scene.
Then Marcus said to Celeste, “My mind is made up, you don’t need to persuade me anymore, I must go to this scene.”
Seeing that he’d made up his mind, Celeste just nodded, grabbing her bag and helping Marcus into a wheelchair to leave the room.

With that, Marcus turned to Celeste. “Push me

“Got it” Celeste nodded. Under Isolde’s watchful gaze, she wheeled Marcus away calmly.
