Manager Grace, who had been following the production team, of course had to rush to the scene to handle the situation when the artist got into trouble.
“I’ve already urged everyone to disperse, but no one’s listening.”
“How about…” Sylvia looked at her fair, delicate hand, “I heard that dislocating the thumb can make the hand appear smaller.”
She raised her gaze, determination in her eyes. “Grace let me dislocate my hand. If I leave, everyone will stop blocking the way.”
Grace sighed and spoke to the crew member, “Could you please call the on–site doctor

The crew member went off and came back, saying they couldn’t find the doctor!
Grace was surprised. “How could they not find them?”
They had already made arrangements, and the doctor should have been nearby, ready to help Sylvia dislocate her thumb.
Hope sneered. Before entering the production group, she had already gathered evidence of the doctor secretly running an underground practice and set up a timed email. The doctor had received the email an hour and a half ago and had rushed away in a panic!
Why had Hope prepared all this in advance?

Sylvia could only grit her teeth and nod. “Okay, I… I’m not afraid of pain. Go ahead.”
“Good.” Hope’s gaze instantly turned cold, thinking back to when her own hands were pierced by steel and cement in her past life. She really wanted Sylvia to feel that same pain.
But it wasn’t time yet. For now, let her pay the interest first!
Hope gripped Sylvia’s thumb and snapped it with a forceful twist. A crack echoed as the thumb twisted out of shape.
The proper method was to use finesse, but Hope used sheer strength. The pain was probably greater than anything Sylvia had experienced in her entire life.

The entire process took only about two seconds. To the onlookers, Hope’s movements seemed fluid and professional.
According to the script, Sylvia was supposed to endure the pain and persuade the crowd to disperse, so they could clear the way for the ambulance. But now that Sylvia had fainted from the pain, Grace had to take her to the hospital.
